My 2 Customers Filed for Chargeback.

    I use Alert Pay.

I have the USPS tracking Info for both Customers and I have submitted to the AP.

What are the Chances that I WILL win the CB case ?

One customer marked the Transaction as Fradualant and Unauthorised.

Another Marked it as Product Not as described.

The outcome of first case depends on whether there truly was an outsider accessing your buyer's account as confirmed from the records of access IP... where as for second case, I doubt you would have positive outcome if your account has history of too many chargebacks for this very reason! :(

    1) Only had One/two Chargebacks in last 10 months.

    2) In first case , Customer got the Product and she stated : "The client claims that he/she does not recognize this transaction or that the credit card used has been compromised."

I also sent the signed Proof of USPS.

Most credit card issuers almost always side with their customers and allow chargebacks far too easily.
I always go after the fraudsters by sending them a letter of demand first (return back the goods, or pay through a safe payment method), or face legal action. It has always worked well for us.

Odds are you will probably lose the case if the chargeback has been filed through a credit card issuer. Unless AP offers some sort of protection.

I guess the ball is not in the Alertpay's court and it is the buyer's credit card company which will have a final say in this case. Unfortunately for you... I guess they will side with their client, as is generally seen in such cases! :(

Btw... did AP suspend your buyer's account as stated by them!
