    Hello

    I am in great problem.


    I was paid $355 for doing a job. I have been now chargeback by PayPal

    Just 2 days ago I already losted $37.63

    Now $355

    Is there any way so that I can avoid this?

    Accept only unambiguous payment methods such as bank wire. Run their details through MinFraud. Speak to them on the phone etc.

    I have same problem the member was verified at PayPal, I got all his details, But I couldn't do anything when he made charge back :(

    They will clarify and may revert your chargeback If you are correct

    Well if they did a chargeback, the first thing I would do is quit working for them. You need to get a signed contract from them. I would get something in writing for any / all work that you did in the future with them.

    The whole chargeback thing isnt really paypal. They have no choice but to investigate when someone "claims" their CC was used without their permission. The scammers know very well they will almost always get their money and their product if they simply claim foul. The only way you would win is if you had delivery confirmation with a signature.

    I assume you did online work?
    I wouldnt hold my breath to get your $$$ unfortunately...
