If the customer is from USA, whats the time period for chargeback ?

If My account is Illegible seller Protection, and if I sell 10 products and if customers are croook , and if all 10 chargeback, i will loose all ?

No protection for seller outside USA ?

    Why such a discrimation ?

Charge backs can be initiated up to 45 days from the date of the transaction...

I reproduce below...the text as is printed in the Paypal user agreement for initiating a charge back.

Yes, you can open a dispute within 45 days of the transaction made. You need to submit the related details in the dispute.

The protection is same to all country.
    Don't be so sad.
As long as you have legit resit and shipping code, then you should not be worried coz you can prove to paypal that the item is shipped to the client house.

then what is Seller Protection - Ineligible ?

But if someone seller has USA verified account, it shows them as Seller Protection - Eligible.

and if 45 days of chargeback period then why paypal hold money for 180 days ?

180 days is Visa/MC's chargeback policy. Paypal allows disputes for 45 days, but a customer can make a dispute with their issuer for 180 days. Paypal's hold policy is based on this time period.
