Today PayPal sent me an e-mail that the card issuer of the person who did a chargeback against me decided in my favor, and I got the money back that was paid to me! In my years of selling online, this is the FIRST chargeback I have ever had that was decided in my favor! Here I was thinking PayPal didn't do a single thing to help out the seller... I guess they really do pass on the information I provided, lol.. Yay. I'm happy.
Wow. Congrats. You are very lucky. Usually, I don't even dispute chargebacks. I accept liability. It's much easier and saves a lot of headache.
