Chargeback after 2 months?

    Hello.

In August a friend of mine purchased a service (expensive domain zone registration), but still hasn't received it. The merchant is ignoring all chargeback email and his bank doesn't allow chargebacks after one month. Is it still possible to get a refund and what should be done?

Devine is right, it's the customer's bank that decides. If your friend paid with PayPal, I believe you can file a dispute up to 90 days. If it was with credit card, it depends what the credit card policy is, but he can contact them and tell them that he has never received the service/item and they may still dispute it for him.
