Can you charge us to use the forum? How about making a brand new section of the forum for paid members.. it will have a marketplace and a freebies section. I am asking you to charge us to pay to use the forum because the forum's database is getting messed up daily and is a heck of a lot of trouble to even try and log in. I also see that the forum runs very slow. With the money made from this you can buy new servers. I am more than sure that if DP started this over 75% of the people here would pay, why? Because DP is an amazing place to meet new people and do business. By charging to use the forum you'll also filter some of the scammers and spammers that come in. You could charge like $5 dollars or $10 a month, that's a very affordable price. So please charge us? Or how about offering incentives? Like you can have a custom rank if you pay this amount or you can have (insert here) if you pay this amount. Thanks please consider this and don't just close the thread immediately.
This was discussed sometime ago and the owner didn't want any part of doing it - or handling the collection of fees.
The custom rank thing already exists, but I've heard some people have donated and months or more go by before they hear anything. Unfortunately that's all out of our hands, and entirely up to Shawn.
