Charge Both of Paypal Balance and Credit Card

Last month i extend my Rapidshare account used my paypal account. But today i receive the CC bills, and i found that rapidshare charge both my credit card and the funds on my paypal account. Where i can contact to resolve the problem?

Did you try contacting them via their support ?

 

Are you sure that the charge on your CC bill isn't just Paypal deducting the payment for the rapidshare account? I find it hard to believe that you would be double charged....But if so just contact Rapidshare support as devilkitty suggested.
