these days, everyone claims to be an SEO expert and all one man noob service providers claim to be "leading SEO company." i just suggest you to exercise common sense. talk to your "expert" and try to get a feel for it. if you can find some reviews to establish the credibility, that will help. but do keep in mind that an expert will charge you fairly for the services. just remember one thing, you get what you pay for
