Buying Character animation - Customize a character

    I would like someone to customize a character that I purchased from GraphicRiver.

    I don't have the program to do this, I believe it is Photoshop PSD.

    Here is what I need:
    -I'd like to switch the head to man #3 without a cigar in his mouth.
    -I need his suit to be changed to a janitor outfit with a simple logo on his shirt that says "NBM."
    -I'd like the sign he's holding to be 450x220 pixels.
