Channels ! ! ! ! !

I'm a newbee i wanna know what is channels in adsense .....

what are url channels .................

how do i use that ................

Channels (URL or custom) enable you to keep tracking the statistics and performance for the ad units associated, and thus based on the result, you can optimize the placement of ads in order to maximize the earning.

 

if you put ads on different websites, make channels and you will get to know about individual earnings of each site

 

I have created 3 channels per every web site.
So I have channels linke: website-160x600, website-338x280 and website-links
When I have clicks on some web site I know on which adds there have been clicked and I have statistics which adds have low or high CTR.
Channels are good for tracking how did you optimized your adsense adds.
