One thing you may want to make sure is that you are allowing the Google Robots to spider your site. https://www.google.com/adsense/support/bin/answer.py?answer=10532 Code (markup):
I've been having the same problem too, i tried to contact google but they did not reply me . its a big problem with all of us. what should we do now. we are loosing our money .
Great , All the channels are now back on track. but the impressions for previous days are the same, probably they have lost data on that.
No, we are not losing our money, all the clicks made are appearing. The real problem behind this, is that we can't control how the different channels are performing. What worries me the most is that we have no idea of our real CTR, because the current ctr shown is a result of the page impressions shown (innacurate).
I'm still having this problem as well - it's now the 3rd day in a row. It will report only a very small fraction of what I wind up with at the end of the day, with no click data, either.
It is better than it had been. Now I have maybe 3/4 of my clicks and income being assigned to channels.
Adsense is making changes so we can manage ads without changing the html, it may be causing some problems
everything is out for me. page impressions are not listed correctly and clicks are not in only sometimes being reported in the correct channels.
I know Manthem has already posted the text (#315) but here is the link if you wanted to follow (any) discussion. http://adsense.blogspot.com/2007/10/custom-channels-up-and-running-again.html
adsense channel is back on my account but i still have unaccounted clicks. total clicks is way too high and not equal to the total of channel clicks.
