Channel not counting clicks

    Hi there,

    From the image below you will see that a channel is not counting the clicks, although the revenue is coming I have no idea how many clicks I am having.

    Did anyone had a similar experience.

    never seen that happen before.. presumably you're waiting a few hours to make sure the report is updated?
    you might try to remove and recreate the channel, then re-do your ad-code with the new channel..
    just a guess.

    Thats really strange..
    As Tearabite said, you can recreate the channel and generate the adcode with that new channel.

    That channel has been running for well over a week now and the clicks aren't being counted. I never experienced the error before. I will change the channel and see if that error pops out.
