Channel like Machinima

Hello guys,

I am looking to start up a channel like Machinima.
Where people send me videos and I upload them.

Depending on the the amount I get via adsense I pay them.

Would this be a good idea? or do you guys think there is no change of money in this/

Looking to hear opinions. 

 

If you want a honest answer then here it is: There's no way that you are going to succeed.
If you wan't to create something like this you first need to establish your youtube account
with lots of videos and tens of thousands of subscribers.

Yes I will invest alot of time and money into this.

At first I will pay people to make videos for me.
Then as the channel becomes more populair people will apply theirselve

In order to make money on YouTube, you need to first become a YouTube partner. This takes much time and you won't get it right away. It may take even a year or maybe even two. You will also need many viewers and subscribers. Be wary if you are having other people make videos for you, because if they even accidentally insert copyrighted material, your hopes of becoming a partner will be destroyed. When I made partner almost a year ago, I had 150 videos already on my account. If you are going to pay someone for each video, that will require a lot of money.

 

Even Machinima takes time to produce, so you will have to make sure that quality is good and the content is interesting from the start to keep people coming to your channel.
