Hey guys, Chango Inc. (chango.com) is sending me some spam (well, unsolicited emails to ) about their search-targeted ads. Looks like everyone else's CPC ads (Adsense, Chitika) but with the twist - the ads are not shown to your repeat visitors. Anyways, before I give it a benefit of a doubt, I wonder if someone already had experience with them - good, bad, ugly? Can they really do $2 to $30 eCPM as their email alleges? As ad networks go, are they paying on schedule etc. Any input is appreciated! Thanks!
See this, the hidden name is indeed Chango http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=1809200 They are still spamming, as of today, with something even them don't trust enough to give an incentive to try it. But I'm sure they get "some" webmasters to try them, and leave when they start to know better than trying something just because someone is spamming about it.
I just started working with them last week. So far I'm getting 1.7% CTR in average and $2.11 eCPM. I hope they will pay at the end.
I'm with them from July and receiving payments every month, and not receiving any emails (spam emails) from them. I'm not sure why you say about spamming. May be they had some kind of email campaign, it is not necessary spam. I think most people just abusing the term "spam".
