is it worth it to change my URL for the sake of optimization, putting some keywords on the url? the problem is i already establish backlinks on the old URL and still have a poor rankings.
Just do 301 redirect and you won't have any problems. If there is any ranking change, just wait for a few days for Google to index your OLD backlinks... If you want to speed up the process, just build a few quality backlinks!
