Feel free to change it just don't use words like "Google, Adsense" or any related adult site names. google will automatically get your new URL, and any new domain or blog you insert your code into as long as the site don't break terms.
yea, agreed with the above post. However, I'm not sure you can just change your URL/Domain. You would probably have to just make a new blogger blog and copy/paste all of your content...I could be wrong though. I'm not sure how huge of a difference it makes with search engine rankings but I am sure it makes SOME difference.
You can put adsense on any of your sites providing they all abide by the adsense terms of service. Go ahead and change it, it may take a while but it will eventually settle back to what it is now.
you can actually import /export blogger contents and upload it in another blogspot url with no hassle. but im not sure that it might affect especially the seo of the old url. you might just redirect your visitors to the new one.
