Once you are approved you can put your code on as many sites as you create as long as they comply with the Adsense Terms of Service - which you should take the time to read. Adsense does not care if you change your content as long as it .... go with me here now again COMPLIES WITH THE TERMS OF SERVICE.

they don't care at all as long as your site doesn't break their rules. You could even change the subject of your website.

You can change your website content -- it is absolutely ok. Many websites change its content and it wouldn't be possible to check all the changes by google.

As long as you do not put porn on the site you should be okay. As webmasters we change our content frequently enough and that does not seem to affect our adsense accounts

Yes you can do that. like everyone said though, Make sure your not breaking any rules, It would really stink to get banned from adsense.
