Changing URL's

I am thinking of changing urls because we have been banned from Yahoo Search. I have no idea why. We have not been in their engine now for almost two years. Before that we ranked number one for our keywords. I want that traffic back. I have two questions.

    1. Our site is still crawled by Yahoo. If I switch the site to a new url and use a redirect will Yahoo also ban this site because of the redirect or any other reason?

    2. With the redirect will all my PR be forwarded to the new site?

If anyone can give me any advice on what to do or how to handle this from your own past similar experiences please help.

    Thanks in advance.

    hmm tough call.

you may actually just want to email support. I was once delisted from google, sent an email, and my site was reindexed within 4 weeks. I was actually pretty impressed.

as long as you aren't using shady seo they might be responsive.
