Only on that page if that page has been indexed. Traffic to the page changed will no longer exist.

If you do not have a lot of pages to change, I would suggest making a 301 redirect on the old pages that go to the new pages. This way the old pages there were the index, will now point over to the new page so that page will get indexed in it's place. Any changes you make though can take as little as a week to as long as 3 months to show up on the engines, which means you would lose your traffic from those pages.

Your old file name and new one both have just numbers. So there can not be much impact... If you move to file names with keywords then there can be... Either way remember to use 301 redirects... otherwise you will loose all the SEO juice you have gained so far..

Just do a 301 redirect and you won't have problems.

When you change a web page file name, all downline linking is reset. Page Rank calculations, linking, etc.

Google will see them both as seperate url's, meaning you are starting from scratch with a new page in effect. I would look for ways of keeping them the same, have you tried url rewriting? it's generally pretty straightforward depending on which server you are using

you meant changing urls will affect rankings ? the answer is - it depends.

In anycase, use 301 redirect to make sure changing urls don't cause loss in traffic though 301 do cause little drop in rankings.
