changing urls questions?

    I'm thinking about re-structuring my site with a directory component, which would probably change all my content urls. My site is about 2 months old and I do get a few hits daily from the SE's on these content pages. Is there a good approach to making these changes, something I can do to maybe not get penalized?

    Just make 301 redirects and you should be fine.
