Hi, I want your opinions regarding to directory submission and link building. I want to know that while submitting a site to large number of directories should we change site's title or description or have the same title and description while submitting a site to many directories and also while exhanging links with other sites should we change title or description of our site? Please share your opinions..... Thanks in advance.
My Dear Friend Definitely but listen how to change and when to change ? so this is very important You should use same description and keyword if you are targeting a particular URL, but don't target only one keyword for all directories and websites. You should take 5 to 10 keywords with 5 to 10 urls and then target all these altogether. Why ? because targeting only one keyword will bring rise in one keyword only and also if in very short term you create huge backlink then it may create problem. so better take 5 to 10 keywords and start targeting but mind it those 5 keywords should have same url same description everywhere. I will also suggest you to keep on changing the title and description in both the cases. Also try to submit your site with some non competitive keywords.
yes you have to change it keep your keywords in anchor and title from time to time, use keywords that not contain your keywords (like "click here" or similar keywords)
Keep in mind that after changing title or description, google may need days, even weeks to cache the page and show the changes in search results pages. For my own experience, 2 to 3 weeks at least, but your mileage may vary.
