Hello. I want to ask you to give me some advice. I have a warez site with music and movies, user generated content, that have over 300,000 u.v., over 3 million impressions per month and 100,000 registered users. I want to change the website niche...to legal one . What would be the right niche and how it should be possible to do this change without a drastical loss of users? Thanks.
Well I think you sure can change your website niche slowly and steadily but you sure might get a big blow with respect to traffic. May be you can slowly make a transition to education related forum. The CTR is quite good and so is the CPC. You can probably start by creating a new education related section and then slowly focusing on it more. Since you have music and movies, you already have audience that might be interested in education. You just need to filter them now. Hope you might find at least something useful in it.

^^ Yup news/education sounds good. You just need to make a smooth transition so that you can retain most of your traffic. It might take a whole but it is doable for sure.
