Various host features can affect SEO. Such as a host providing a dedicated IP address, and the hosts' geographic location.

As per my experience, it doesn't affect upto great extent, however changing host causes little downtime that could impact on your rank, apart from this if your keywords and content are pure then no there wont be much effect on your seo rank...

Changing the host will not change the SEO status. HOWEVER, changing hosts can result in some downtime. Usually no more than a few hours, but it is possible for up to 24-48 hours of downtime. One thing that might impact it is how the site functions. Make sure that the new host will be 100% compatible with your site. Other than that, there should be NO major impact.

Changing hosts shouldn't have any effect, but moving from a fast host to a slow one with too much downtime can affect your SEO.

    Personal look Fat
Change the virtual host does not directly affect the ranking
You want to ensure that the site change during the time to stop running

Search engines need to show the best websites in the top of the search results in order to succeed. If they would penalize websites for changing the web hosts their search results would be very poor.

Yes. It depends on how good the hosting company is :). Assuming you are hosting in a shared server and if their IP's are blacklisted then your sites SEO will get affected.

Try to make sure you've deleted your previous content (after saving it locally of course) before you reupload to the new host.. just in regards to possible duplicate content penalties :)
