I am having a business account in paypal from yr 2004 and in my personal name and CC i verified is also in my name only and its mainly used to get payments from my online freelancing service, but now i am thinking registering a company and operate my paypal in the name of the company itself...

Like example Minerskinz.com is my freelance site and i am thinking of registering the company name as Minerskinz.com and open the bank account with same name and change the name to Minerskinz.com in my existing business paypal account...

Is this allowed in paypal or anyone done before and what happens when i withdraw amount will it be credited in my new company bank account or my personal account as now?

Hope i am clear, thanks for any help...

the best thing is, just drop one email to paypal costumer support, and they will get back you within 2 days,so that informations would be guranteed ecuracy for you. If you have business account already register, but with personalname...than simply change it to business name. You can do ..login your account, profile tab .. you can see Add/Edit Bank account, so change your bank account new one which you register or gonna register company name account, next ...if its business account then you have to edit or add business informations, so you account would be ready for operate with new company bak account and company name. good luck

Paypal is very much straight about terms of " Changing User name". Check the FAQ for any information you need. But as far as i concern it will be so tough if you can't provide ultimate proof.

    No this is not allowed.
I have asked them before the same question.
And they tell me to register a new paypal account under my new company name.
