Changing sticky on content creation thread

    You may want to post a sticky on the content creation so that people know that if you ask for a service for $5 or under it should be in the freebie section. I do not want others to receive infractions.

    I am not trying to argue my infractions, I am being quite courteous. I am only suggesting as most of the posts in the content creation are for $5 and under, and if this is uniformly enforced then lots of posters will receive infractions. I only want to warn other posters.
