Changing skins query???

    Does changing forum skin often effect PR or Alexa Rank?

    I have got a vBulletin forum which has got good traffic, and i recetnly upgraded it to the latest 3.7 Beta 3.
    I will have to change the skin to make it compatible to the latest version and i am scared if it will harm my PR of Alexa ranking.
