Hello guys, i know there are a lot of intelligent SEO people here that might be able to tell me what they think. My website is really not that great looking when it comes to design, im thinking of changing the design but im afraid it might hurt me seo wise and make my ranks fall. My question is, can changing the site layout hurt my rankings? What are some things that might hurt SEO when it comes to redesigning a website? Thanks in advance.
Not too much, but just be careful that you do all the changes at once, if you keep your site changing in several of Google crawls, Google may start doubting you, just finalize a new design, and then implement it all at once... Google has no problem is you want to improve the design of your site!
