Changing site design after getting indexed...

My site is up and running for about 4 months. I already got few pages indexed by Google other SEs, I am getting little traffic too.

Now I feel like I need to change my site design and layout…..

My question is – without changing URL structure, title tag and other SEO stuffs, if I change my site design and layout, will it have effect on my indexed page and SERP? Is there any other negative effect for this?

    thanks....

If the new design is more SE-friendly then it should have a positive impact in the SERPs and vice-versa. Refreshing the content can be good too.

exactly. Be sure that your new code is more seo-friendly than the current.
