Changing setup file names?

    I recently signed up for advertising, and thought all was well, checking daily for approval on my adds, and so on. I checked yesterday and saw that I now had validation errors on the adds I placed on my site. I went over this several times trying to understand as I saw the code, but the ads stopped displaying. I realized today that the PHP and TXT file names changed from what I was originally requested to create. For example, ad_network_174.php that the setup instructions originally had was now changed to ad_network_17X.php. How often does this happen, and do I need to check every day to find out if this information changed yet again?

    I think the real disappointment is that my ads never got approved, so I'm back to the beginning of the line I assume.
