Changing Server API to CGI/FastCGI

    Greetings :)

    How do I switch my server API from APACHE2HANDLER to Fast CGI/CGI?

    Also, how do I allow CGI to be accessed/executed publicly?


    BTW, the server is running Ubuntu 9.10 (Karmic).
