changing pub-id

    i have bought a new script which has the author`s adsense ads.

    Is it ok if i only change the pub-id to mine or should i change the whole ad unit by creating one using adsense???

    It is good enough if you just change the pub-id.

    I have done the same with a couple of my sites.

    In fact, I am still using the older-style codes for all my sites.

    There is no harm in just replacing the old pub id with that of yours but it is better to get a new code from your account if you have time...

    So the ad slot id in the new code is not important? It doesn't matter if an ad slot id is from one publisher and we change the publisher id to another publisher?
