Changing Permalinks.. Any Plugin or way to redirect old posts to new permalink ?

    Hello,

    I am changing Permalink of my site. I wanted to know if their is a way in which I can redirect all old Permalink to new one ? Using 301 redirection or similar ? Any plugin or way would be helpful. Also is it safe ?
