    Hello,
    I just have one page with adsense on it. This used to be my best page, but recently I've realized that it has slipped behind a lot. I would like to enhance it, but since google approved the current page, am I allowed to modify it? I mean somebody could make a totally different page after receiving adsense...Could Google get upset if I make my page better (without changing the topic in any way)

    You wont have any problems - be it just a page you are changing or an entire site...
    Of course stick to the Adsense policy regarding the changes.
