Changing my PPC links based on the user search

If you search "Madonna Ringtone" Flycell will display (in Google search results) a destination url link like: FlyRinger.com/Madonna.

These seems like it would increase quality score alot and keep you from having to buy a seperate domain name for every artist you want to bid on. Buying BestMadonnaRingtonesintheWorld.com and all the different alternative for all the popular ringtone artists would be expense.

So I’d like to know if anyone here has a script or code or knows someone selling something that does the following.

    - Adwords: I think I know how to get my adwords url to change but if anyone knows of where the detailed process of doing this is let me know. (For my own interest and anyone else who uses this forum.)
    - PHP Code: Much like Free link cloaker allows you to use /recommends/whateverwordsyouchoose in your url I’d like to use the search terms displayed to bring up a relevant page.
So if someone types in “Madonna Ringtone” the url looks like: myringtonesite.com/MadonnaRingtone and then a page comes up with a few simple custom word choices. Maybe something like “Get your Madonna Ringtone” here. Then maybe an iframe below with the ringtone offer.
    - Pulling search from google: Being that the url for this would compress and take out all the spaces how would you go about getting the exact search from google. Would make the page a bit more relevant to the person.

So this is what I am looking for. Is someone already selling a script that does this. Is anything here more difficult. I figure I’d have the community let me know what is out there before I got a coder to do this for me. Let me know if you can provide some or all of this.

Also what are you thoughts on the iframe. Is that going to work with “the google” or will it want even more relevant info to give you a good quality score.

Being that many of you aren't going to like the iframe idea and say google will hate it I'd like to ask that you look at it a bit differently and answer the question buy thinking about a landing page. Can I get the search info to display on the page?
What php code would you suggest to get Adwords to recognize the words during the initial scan and when it looks over the landing page?
