Changing my homepage keywords question.

    My website improvehealtinfo.com I want to change some keywords, but my keyword "improve health" is on page 2 of google and page 1 of yahoo.com would this effect this keyword if I change my other keywords? I don't want to lose ranking for "improve health" keyword if I change my other keywords.

    I would keep the keyword places the same though.
