    Should be under..Dashboard>Manage>Pages...those 2 pages should show...then just "edit" and change the titles of them.

    I think you need to look in wp-content/themes/abstractia-10/Header.php. You are looking for <?php echo get_settings('home'); ?>">Blog</a></li>

    or something similar.
