Changing Links as Do-Follow are Useful?

    Hi. I wonder something that, if I change the visitor's comment links as do-follow, they are useful or not for my site please? I think that if do this, then my site get lots of comments. Right? What are your advices please? Thanks.

    It's better to leave comment links as nofollow.

    Instead you should focus on writing content that encourages discussion.

    I am curious to know.. if PR is dead then don't dofollow and nofollow concept as well?? They are not linked to each other directly, but still... a reference is reference. I believe google is now smart enough to understand which link to follow and which not to inspite of whatever it is marked (nofollow or dofollow). This is my common sense and a kind of feeling that comes after closely watching seo things for last 10+ years.
