Changing Link Structure After PR Update??

    Hello everyone,
    My site's inner pages got a PR 3 in this update with no change in PR of home page.
    I was planning to change the link structure of my site, with a 301 redirection of old pages to new pages.
    Now, If I do this, will I lose all my PR of redirected pages?
    Should I change the link structure of my site ?
    PS : No inner page is in SERPS.
