    Yes, it doesn't matter. I use squidoo and getting good no. of traffic. In SEO quality back link and traffic both are important.

    I agree. It doesn't matter if the link is no follow so long as the Squidoo page you're linking to is relevant to or is within the same niche as your site.

    I see no reason to write for Squidoo anymore. Also looks like they're no-following internal links ( how dumb can they get?) Your lenses chalk-full of no-follow links are going to look awfully suspicious, dare I say unnatural, in the context of sites that link out naturally.
