Changing IP for dia-up and deleting cookies. Will it deceive Google?

If you have a dial-up connection and you constantly disconnect and reconnect again and delete cookies and click on your own ads, will it be a valid click? Will it be detected by Google. To be honest I have done it a couple of times and Google hasn't terminated my account. When will they detect it? Will they ever detect it?

Google is not dependant only on IP address.

It can track everything on your PC ..including your OS, Browser, Screen Resolution, Toolbars used, Geographical location etc

You can get away with "couple of times".... many adsense publishers have clicked their own ads one or two times ( by mistake ).

NO I won't do that procedure again when I join YPN or Chitika. My website is a blog and I plan to create more blogs for certain niche topics like cure for this, benefits of that and more. Would that strategy be effective for traffic and CTR?
