    Hi,
I am not sure if this is the right place but I will post down here. Sorry if this is the wrong forum.

This is a tip that will change the default installation folder. This tip will require Regedit. If you don't know how to use it, please don't try this advance configure.

The old folder will be C:/Program Files

    1. Click on the Windows Start Button,
2.Type in regedit on the find button. It should show up a little blue box.
It will require a admin account if you have UAC enabled.
3.When the screen opens, navigate to: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion
    4. In the right panel, click twice on ProgramFileDir
    5. If the field, change it to the folder you want, e.g
    Code:
    C:/Data
    6. Now close the regedit program and restart your computer.

Your default install folder now should be your own custom folder.

    Hope this helps.

    This is written by me.
