changing hosts with mybb

    Ok, so i changed hosts with mybb because my host was really crappy.

    I uploaded the db, changed appropriate config.php settings, but for some reason, whenever i try to log into admin cp and i click on something like 'general configuration' in the configuration tab, i get this:

    Forbidden

    You don't have permission to access /forum/admin/index.php on this server.

    Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

    what is going on?
