Changing Hosts with CGI Script

    I have a directory I and want to change the hosting company but its CGI and I can never get the permissions right so the script works.
    Can anyone assist me in this matter.

    Its a Directory based website which uses a CGI script to make it work.
    My new host supports CGI scripts.
