Hi, I have recently started managing an account for one of my customers via my MCC. This account was created by another SEM agency and managed in their MCC. Their MCC access was removed and I have started controlling the customer account but when an ad approval email is sent to the customer, it is still sent to the agency that created the account. Does anyone know where I can remove this?
