Changing dynamically urls to statis individual pages in CMS

    Hi,

    One of my client is using CMS for his site. Now some his pages are dynamically generating from main category like

    www.domain.com/category1/1#tabarea
    www.domain.com/category1/2#tabarea

    In the above pages the content in those pages are same as page

    www.domain.com/category/ since this was in CMS Other than dynamically generating values.

    Now I need to change the above pages to individual pages to place differnet content in them.

    Could any one help me how can I do it in CMS ?

    you posted a url that is automatically generated by a framework..
    know what the framework first.. some frameworks like codeigniter have a built in class to produce a cms
