    Hi guys

Fairly complicated situation. I'm working for a company that has 2 very well established sites. They are:

    www.xxxxx.com (main - dynamic pages) 45,000 visitors/day
    www.xxxxx.net/keywords (SEO pages - static pages) 35,000 visitors/day

We want to migrate all the content from the SEO pages to the .com site.
How is this going to effect our SERPS?

what measures should we watch out for. I know this is risky but it might come off good as well. Any suggestions would be appreciated

Migrate the pages then redirect each page using a 301 permanent redirect. The Pagerank will then be transferred over.

    * Ensure that the old site will continue to redirect its pages to the new ones long after migration.

    * Incorporate the two sites and avoid overlapping pages that offer the same content

Traffic will adjust a bit lower but will eventually pick up ones new pages are indexed.
