Does anyone have experience in changing name server in their yahoo account?

I have registered a domain yesterday with yahoo USD$2.99. After the domain become active, I changed the name server to my hosting plan name server.

It has been like 20 hours ago and still the domain name is pointing to yahoo landing page. When I do a WHOIS, I saw the name server has change OK.

In yahoo control panel, beside name server setting, they also have A and CNAME Records, MX Records which all set to "Yahoo! IP Address".
Do I need to change these setting as well?

I really regret using Yahoo domain registration. All my previous buy (with godaddy) take less than 20 minutes.

Anybody have similar experience? Please help :(

I have changed nameservers in my Yahoo domains without any problems. Yahoo says that it might take up to 72 hrs for the change to propagate through ... however my changes have propagated under 24 hrs. I guess yours will too, in a few hours time...

I registered with Yahoo plan $2.99 in Jan 2006. Since then I kep my domain in unlocked state.

As Yahoo standard starter page doesn't support even links I bought a hosting plan. Now when I change nameservers nothing happens.

Even when I ping my domain it is still pointing to Yahoo server.

Can someone let me know what goes in A,CNAME, MX and nameserver records to point the domian to hosting service company
