changing domain (can I park the old one?)

My website's name has nothing to do with the content! I decided to put a "funny name" when I created it! Now I realize I don't get any organic trafic to my website and decided to make a new one!

The problem is "What to do with the old domain?"
I will probably park it but I don't really understand what they mean with
"Publishers may not deceptively drive traffic to pages participating in AdSense for domains. "
That mean's I can't add a link to a parked domain from my other websites? What about all the links already pointing to that page?

adsense has a new feature for parked domains, just login and browse your adsense and try to use this feature..

You can also do a domain forwarding of your old domain to this new domain so that you don't lose your existing traffic.

I think that you can't park this domain.. as I know in order to make money from your parked domain you need only type-in traffic.
You can redirect your old domain to the new one or you can simply sell it.

I don't think you should park this domain. It's very risky.
