Changing domain advice please.

    I just bought a new domain name,a lot shorter and snappier one, and dont know weather to start using it instead of my 10 month old one.

    If i do a redirect on a whole site, how will it affect my rankings and will it be worth it?

    any advice is appreciate das always. :)

    Not sure what you mean by 'level', so iol answer the two possibilities i can think of. The new domain is brand new .me and the old one is 8000 backlinks pr3 .co.uk site.
