Changing Default Text-Ad

    In Adwords, is there a way change the default text-ad for a Campaign.
    Whenever i create a new Ad-Group it pre-populates the text-ad with an ad i created months ago, it is so out-of-date it useless and i have to change it every time.
    It's becoming really tedious - but i can't find any way to change it - anyone any ideas?
